🔅 این نشست در ساعت پنج بعدازظهر چهارشنبه بیستم دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۲ در تالار فردوسی خانه اندیشمندان علوم انسانی برگزار شد.

🔅 در این شب، استادان: حسن انوری،‌ ژاله آموزگار، علی‌اشرف صادقی، فریبا شکوهی، احمدرضا قائم‌مقامی و سجاد آیدنلو درباره زندگی و آثار زنده‌یاد خطیبی سخنرانی کردند.

🔅همچنین از کتاب «پژوهنده نامه باستان» (یادنامه دکتر ابوالفضل خطیبی) که از سوی نشر خاموش منتشر شده است، رونمایی شد.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
