Внутри собора меня поразила не только архитектура, но и древние фрески XV века, а также уникальная икона «Богоматерь Боголюбская» XIII века.
Впечатлила и Крестовая палата. Просторный зал для пиров с огромными сводчатыми потолками. Внутри — воссозданная атмосфера богатого дома XVII-XVIII веков: изразцовые печи, старинная мебель и посуда.
