Минздрав предложил расширить перечень наименований должностей медработников, которые могут выполнять функции лечащего врача врачебной амбулатории и поликлиники. К ним планируют добавить фельдшеров и акушерок.
Кроме того, при оказании первичной медико-санитарной помощи и скорой медицинской помощи эти медработники смогут назначать пациентам, в том числе, наркотические и психотропные препараты.
Новый Порядок планируют ввести в действие с 1 сентября 2025 года.
