СП-42 приближается к куполу Земли

Дрейфующая научно-исследовательская станция «Северный полюс-42» работает в 75 километрах от точки географического Северного полюса. Вместе с новой льдиной, куда экспедиция перебазировалась чуть более месяца назад, ученые преодолели около 500 километров в северном направлении.

На текущий момент станция работает в координатах 89°17''с.ш. и 119°14''в.д. Ледовая обстановка стабильная.

Экспедиция продолжает вести непрерывный мониторинг параметров окружающей среды, важных для изучения процессов изменения климата, обеспечения гидрометеорологической информацией и разработки маршрутов по Северному морскому пути.
