Новый механизм заработал в регионе с октября 2025 года. Раньше оформить документы можно было только в Региональном жилищном управлении в Барнауле, а теперь — в любом из 68 МФЦ по всему региону. Особенно это поможет тем, кто живёт в отдалённых районах.
Также через МФЦ можно подать заявление на сокращение срока найма жилья с 5 до 3 лет, если квартиру уже получили.
