لا حرج على مسلم في هَوَى امرأةٍ مسلمةٍ وحُبِّهِ لها، ظَهَرَ ذلك منه أو خَفِيَ، ولا إثم عليه في ذلك، وإنْ أفرط فيه، ما لم يأت مُحَرَّماً، فغيرُ مَلُومٍ مَن ظهر منه فَرْطُ هَوَى امرأةٍ يَحِل له نكاحُها، نَكَحَتْهُ بعد ذلك أم لا، ما لم يأت مُحَرَّماً ولم يَغْشَ مَأْثَمَاً.
