Местами порывы могут достигать 15-17 метров в секунду.
«Желтый» - второй уровень, который означает потенциально опасную погоду.
Просим водителей проявлять особую осторожность и по возможности воздержаться от использования автотранспорта в связи с риском ДТП. Особую осторожность также необходимо соблюдать пешеходам.
