Безусловный плюс загородной жизни — то, что ты можешь благоустроить свой приусадебный участок, так как тебе хочется. Вот здесь, конечно, полное раздолье для тех людей, у которых есть определенные навыки или деньги.
Делай что хочешь: дополнительные строения, озеленение… Нравятся тебе хвойные — сажаешь хвойные. Нравятся лиственные — сажаешь лиственные. Не нравится это все — делаешь газон или даже закатываешь асфальтом или брусчаткой.
Во дворе МКД же будет только то, что предусмотрел девелопер. Ты не можешь ничего поменять. И это минус.
Так что дом потихоньку отыгрывается… 2 : 4. Ждите следующий тур.
