"Со стороны жителей было много обращений в разные инстанции, были многочисленные обязательства со стороны ФРК, но по сей день к гарантийному ремонту не приступили - рассказал Игорь Робустов, председатель совета дома.
Я пообщался с ним и с несколькими жителями, которые пожаловались мне на бездействие и игнор со стороны ФКР его прямых обязательств устранить по гарантии выявленные недостатки на основание статей Жилищного кодекса 182-188.
