Можно ли сохранить деревья и при этом благоустроить двор?

После обращения более 100 человек из домов на 1-й Останкинской и 5-го Останкинского переулка мы вместе с главой управы Геннадием Горожанкиным провели встречу на месте. Люди переживали: проект благоустройства предполагал вырубку здоровых многолетних деревьев ради расширения детской площадки.

Мы внимательно изучили ситуацию, обсудили детали — и внесли корректировки. Вырубки не будет. Подрядчик уже вносит изменения в проект.

В плотной городской среде зелёные дворы — это глоток воздуха, защита от жары и шумов. Рад, что мы нашли решение, которое устроило всех. Спасибо жителям за активность!

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation."
