В ТРЦ Forum произойдут значительные изменения в фуд-зоне: на месте закрывшегося в январе 2025 года фудмаркета Restopark откроются три новых ресторана от российских рестораторов. Два заведения принадлежат Аркадию Новикову — грузинский «Pro.хинкали» и итальянский Bro&N, а третий — семейный ресторан от Vasilchuki Restaurant Group. Это первые проекты братьев Васильчуков в Алматы, что подчеркивает растущий интерес российских операторов к казахстанскому рынку.
ТРЦ Forum меняет концепцию, переходя от фудмаркета к отдельным ресторанам, что может повысить привлекательность центра для посетителей. Открытие запланировано на ноябрь 2025 года.
