Когда-то мне казалось: если я знаю — я защищена. Я могу говорить с гордо поднятой головой, учить, объяснять, выступать. Собирать вокруг себя людей, продвигаться и вообще быть уверенной, где я — та, кто понимает. Но чем больше я знаю, тем яснее: знания не спасают от неуверенности. Не защищают от перемен. Информация льётся. Контексты скачут. То, что было опорой, — к утру уже устарело. Я всё чаще ловлю себя не на нехватке знаний, а на нехватке устойчивости быть в незнании. Гибкость стала важнее структуры. Промежуточные версии — честнее окончательных. И это не значит, что знание теперь неважно и что опыт не важен. Это значит, что важен не только он. Учусь не паниковать, когда всё размыто. Это и есть новая форма опоры.
