Согласно идее, на Автозаводской, 23, на территории в 8,2 га, должен появиться комплекс общей площадью 211,1 кв.м Жилая часть - 179,5 тыс.кв.м. Предусмотрены школа и сад. Высота построек - 240 метров.

Мы бы не поднимали эту тему с задумкой двухлетней давности, если бы не одно «но». Поговаривают, что сейчас снова проводится предпроектная проработка участка. Заказчик - УК «ФИН-Партнер» Д.У. ЗПИФ «Парк Легенд».
