Жители лучше прочих знают, что может повысить комфорт жизни в их районе, а кроме того, отметил Глеб Никитин, когда люди сами предлагают решения, голосуют за них или участвуют в финансировании, это меняет отношение к работе, повышается и уровень ответственности местных властей за реализацию инициатив.
