بورتسودان 13-10-2025 (سونا)- أجاز مجلس الوزراء في اجتماعه الدوري الاحد ببورتسودان برئاسة د. كامل إدريس عدداً من الإتفاقيات ، حيث أوضح السفير علي محمد علي الأمين العام لمجلس الوزراء في تصريح صحفي أنه تم خلال الإجتماع إجازة مشروع قانون جرائم المعلوماتية تعديل لسنة ٢٠٢٥ قدمه السيد وزير العدل، فضلاً عن إجازة الإجتماع لإتفاقيات دولية تتعلق بحماية الممتلكات الثقافية، كما أجاز المجلس مذكرة تفاهم بين السودان وروسيا في المجال الثقافي، ومذكرة تفاهم أخرى بين مجموعة الصين للإعلام والهيئة العامة للإذاعة والتلفزيون.
وأوضح سيادته أن رئيس الوزراء قدّم في مستهل الجلسة تنويراً عن زيارته إلى دولة إريتريا، معرباً عن شكره وتقديره لدولة إريتريا حكومة وشعباً على دعمهم الغير محدود واستضافتهم لأهل السودان،
وأشار إلى أن المجلس أشاد خلال الإجتماع بجهود وزارة الثقافة والإعلام والسياحة وجهاز المخابرات العامة على المجهودات العظيمة في استعادة الممتلكات الثقافية المنهوبة.

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
