Тем не менее, в региональном СУ СКе признали Ивлееву потерпевшей и возбудили уголовное дело по ст 137 и 138 УК РФ (нарушение неприкосновенности частной жизни, а именно за незаконное собирание или распространение сведений о частной жизни лица, составляющих его личную или семейную тайну, без его согласия либо распространение этих сведений в публичном выступлении, публично демонстрирующемся произведении или средствах массовой информации)

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified.
