В мэрии Воронежа на полном серьезе говорят, что это «сухостойные деревья». А неожиданная вырубка на набережной у Северного моста обычные «уходные работы за зелеными насаждениями». Пересмотрите ролики, видите там сухие деревья? Обычно так рубят под какие-то проекты для нужных людей, вспомните тот же бульвар Победы с рябиновой аллеей и березами. Тут просто масштаб поменьше, потому все в тихаря и хотели провернуть.
