В IDS собираются оспаривать решение АРМА и проведение конкурса на поиск управителя, так как переживают, что новый менеджмент захочет получить контроль не только над акциями, что позволит ему голосовать на собрании акционеров, но и контроль над операционной деятельностью предприятия, производящего «Моршинскую», «Миргородскую» и торгующую Borjomi.
