Конкретная работа над ним (то есть появился бюджет) началась в августе 2023 года. Тогда же начал писаться сценарий: Рус, Серёга, Ваня, Аня и еще один Ваня - спасибо вам огромное за терпение и фантазию!
Теперь есть вселенная, ухаживать за которой можно самостоятельно, и никто нам не указ (кроме УК РФ).
А придуман он был теперь уже 14 лет назад. Сам в ахуе 😳

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
