Так и живём — внутри маленький митинг, а снаружи просто грустный взгляд в холодильник. Если вы сегодня завтракаете не идеально — нормально. Но если добавите хотя бы что то из этого на завтрак: яйцо, творог, кусочек курицы или остатки ужина с белком — организм уже скажет «спасибо, погнали дальше»
И да, кофе — это неполноценный завтрак. Даже если он с пенкой. Но мы всё равно его любим и пьем.
