💢 با توجیه برای رسیدن به نتیجه مطلوب اجرای احکام مدنی و حقوقی؛ القاصی مهر رییس کل دادگستری استان تهران به قضات دادگاه‌ها و دادرسان اجرای احکام مدنی توصیه کرد که به ممنوع الخدمات کردن محکوم علیه مبادرت نمایند.
📌در اینصورت عملا محکوم با انسداد کدملی در پایگاه اطلاعات هویتی و اسناد سازمان ثبت احوال کشور مواجه و از دریافت همه امکانات حاکمیتی و عمومی محروم میشود و پس از تادیه دیون و یا ترتیبی قانونی برای پرداخت آن؛ به وضع سابق اعاده میشود.
