Deutsche Lufthansa AG сегодня официально подала предложение Министерству экономики и финансов Италии (Ministero dell'economia e delle finanze) о заключении Меморандума о взаимопонимании (MoU) о приобретении миноритарного пакета акций ITA Airways, а также об опционах на покупку оставшихся акций позднее.
При условии, что обе стороны подпишут этот Меморандум о взаимопонимании, дальнейшие переговоры и обсуждения будут проводиться на эксклюзивной основе. Lufthansa осталась единственным участником торгов за право приобретения итальянского флагмана после выхода из возможной сделки консорциума Certares-Delta-Air France/KLM.
