Из сообщения главы Одесской ОВА стало известно о том, что днём 23 мая в результате удара (1, 2) двумя баллистическими ракетами «Искандер-М» по портовой инфраструктуре г. Одесса погибли два человека: 40-летний сотрудник порта и 71-летний местный житель,скончавшийся от полученных травм в больнице. Кроме того, семь человек получили ранения.
