Следственным отделом по городу Каспийск СУ СК России по Республике Дагестан возбуждено уголовное дело в отношении местного жителя по факту ДТП с тремя погибшими.
По версии следствия, 1 октября около 17:30 подозреваемый, управляя автомобилем в состоянии алкогольного опьянения, совершил наезд на пешеходном переходе на женщину и двух ее малолетних детей. Дети и женщина получили тяжкие травмы, несовместимые с жизнью, и скончались в больнице.
Подозреваемый задержан. В ближайшее время будет решен вопрос о его заключении под стражу.
В настоящее время проводятся следственные действия.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike.
