Подробно обсуждалось развитие ситуации в ЙР и на Ближнем Востоке в целом. Была отмечена близость подходов по целому ряду основных аспектов йеменского урегулирования и региональной ситуации в целом.
ВПД России в Йемене, со своей стороны, акцентировал внимание на необходимости для вовлеченных сторон проявлять сдержанность и избегать любых шагов, чреватых дальнейшей эскалацией и расширением зоны вооруженного противостояния.
Е.А.Кудров отметил необходимость сделать все возможное для перезапуска переговорного процесса и поиска решения военно-политического кризиса в Йемене дипломатическим путем.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
