Вообще не имеет никакого значения, докажут или нет. Важно, что и остальные кабели под угрозой. Виновата все равно Россия. Но только не в подрывах Северных потоков, где вина доказана (Украина и ЦРУ - Херш), а последствий нет. Раз нет последствий за Северные потоки, нет никакого значения, кто уничтожит все оставшиеся коммуникации у северной Европы.
