🕊️ 29 апреля 2025 года в Институте научной информации по общественным наукам РАН состоялась Международная научная конференция «80 лет Победы: историческая память на постсоветском пространстве». Организатором мероприятия выступил Отдел Ближнего и Постсоветского Востока ИНИОН РАН.

📑 В рамках пленарного заседания выступили ведущие российские ученые, представители органов власти и общественные деятели.

🌍 Конференция вызвала большой интерес — в ней приняли участие более 150 человек из различных регионов России. Особое внимание привлекло участие зарубежных экспертов и исследователей, что способствовало расширению научного диалога и укреплению международного сотрудничества.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
