Кобзаренко подозревается в том, что через осуждённого и адвоката Сергея Малицына, выступивших в качестве посредников, согласился подготовить документы для замены осуждённому за мошенничество олигарху Александру Иванову неотбытой части наказания в виде лишения свободы на принудительные работы.
Сумма взятки фигурирует в деле в размере 500 тысяч рублей.
Интересно, отбывать арест подозреваемый будет в своём же СИЗО или на Белой горе?..

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
