Рынок акций РФ начал неделю с коррекции вниз из-за фиксации прибыли игроками на фоне подешевевшей нефти и решения сократить риски в преддверии первых указов избранного президента США Дональда Трампа после инаугурации. Индекс МосБиржи опустился ниже 2930 пунктов после утреннего роста выше 2980 пунктов; лидерами снижения выступили акции "Эн+ груп" (-3,3%) и "АЛРОСА" (-2,7%).
По итогам торгов индекс МосБиржи составил 2929,55 пункта (-0,54%, максимум сессии - 2983,3 пункта, рекорд с июля 2024 года), индекс РТС - 905,15 пункта (-0,1%); цены большинства "голубых фишек" на Мосбирже снизились в пределах 2,6%.
Официальный курс доллара США, установленный ЦБ РФ с 21 января, составил 101,9579 руб. (-45,58 копейки).

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
