Избранный президент США Дональд Трамп сообщил о назначении на должность специального представителя по Украине и РФ генерала Кита Келлога.
"Я очень рад назначить генерала Кита Келлога на должность помощника президента и специального представителя по Украине и России. Кит сделал выдающуюся военную и деловую карьеру, включая службу на весьма важных должностях в сфере национальной безопасности в моей первой администрации", - написал Трамп в соцсети TruthSocial.
Ранее Келлог занимал должность советника по национальной безопасности при вице-президенте Майке Пенсе, а также должность исполнительного секретаря и начальника штаба Совета национальной безопасности США в первой администрации Трампа. Он исполнял обязанности советника по национальной безопасности после отставки Майкла Флинна.
План Келлога о прекращении войны в Украине, согласно данным The Wall Street Journal от 6 ноября, предусматривает отказ Украины от вступления в НАТО в течение 20 лет, замораживание линии фронта и создание демилитаризованной зоны. Он также сохранение под контролем России оккупированных украинских территорий.

Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
