Сколько бы разных программ не пробовал, всё равно всегда возвращаюсь к Medibang Paint, уже где-то лет 7 её использую. Довольно примитивная и ограниченная по функционалу, но мало весит и довольно проста в освоении. Может показаться, что мало возможностей это плохо, но для меня самое то, когда инструментов меньше, включается фантазия, стараешься придумать больше вариантов, как использовать имеющиеся возможности. Вообще, у меня это уже жизненный принцип практически - стараться выжать максимум из того, что есть.
