⁉️📑 В числе рассматриваемых Госдумой законопроектов – уже одобренная в 1-м чтении инициатива о снижении минимального возраста при принесении Присяги с 18 до 14 лет лицами, приобретающими российское гражданство.
Желание стать гражданином России должно быть связано не только с получением прав, но и пониманием обязанностей, уважением к законам нашей страны. И 14 лет – тот возраст, когда человек может сознательно принимать эти обязательства перед государством. В случае же отказа от принесения Присяги решение о приёме в гражданство Российской Федерации также будет считаться недействительным.
