Эксперт сообщает, что 2024 год принес взрывной рост зарплат в строительстве, который не был заложен в прогнозные расчеты. В результате общий индекс инфляции искажает реальную картину из-за разницы в стоимости ресурсов и оплаты труда в разных сегментах отрасли.
В связи с этим Главгосэкспертиза совместно с правительством разрабатывает новые алгоритмы учета затрат и формирования цены контракта. Уже подготовлено 5 рабочих моделей, которые Росстат и Минэкономразвития используют для расчета дифференцированных индексов по видам строительных работ.

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed.
