Да, и правительство Мишустина пока самое легковесное в истории России Путина. В нем вообще нет ни одной политической фигуры, кроме силовиков, а уж тем более никаких тяжеловесов. Даже в правительствах Фрадкова-Зубкова были Медведев, Иванов, Кудрин. В правительствах Медведева был тот же Козак, например, Мутко с богатой питерской биографией, да даже Мединский с некоей поддержкой в определенных кругах зрителей "Спаса" и "Царьграда". А сейчас что? Да, собственно, ничего... Кто будет щитом для Мишустина, который и сам-то технократ, а не политик. Президент не будет прикрывать каждый раз, не его эта функция.
Правительство собрано по лекалам Кириенко - технократы, "Лидеры России" и прочее. Путину этот сценарий формирования органов власти нравится. Но это до первого системного кризиса, который уже в принципе не за горами.
