Сегодня посетил «шок-центр» в составе одного из 14 сосудистых центров города Москвы (ГКБ им. И.В.Давыдовского) для ознакомления с передовым методом оказания медицинской помощи кардиологическим больным. Налаженная система лечения пациентов с кардиогенным шоком дает около 25-30 дополнительно спасенных жизней в год. Вроде немного, но плюс к этому выстроена цельная система диагностики и оказания помощи практически по всем кардиологическим профилям.
Показатели работы учреждения вполне даже европейские.
Неудивительно, что и показатели ожидаемой продолжительности жизни(ОПЖ) у москвичей соответствуют европейским.
Опыт этого учреждения может и должен быть востребован пока хотя бы во всех крупных городах РФ. Внесу свои предложения для рассмотрения Минздравом РФ.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
