В Вышке прошла стратегическая сессия по реинжирингу. Сотрудники и руководители обеспечивающего блока университета обсудили, как сделать рабочие процессы удобными, понятными и человекоцентричными.

Организатором мероприятия выступила Лаборатория человекоцентричности и лидерских практик НИУ ВШЭ.

Человекоцентричные процессы могут стать конкурентным преимуществом университета наряду с передовыми образовательными, научными и экспертными продуктами. Например, уже сейчас в Вышке запущен онлайн-сервис для организации командировок SmartWay.
