📌 Русская армия численностью до 38000 человек под руководством генерала П.А. Румянцева нанесла поражение превосходящим турецко-татарским силам (до 70000 человек) под командованием хана Каплан-Гирея.
📌Румянцев разделил свою армию на несколько отдельных отрядов, которые атаковали войска Каплан-Гирея одновременно с нескольких сторон.
📌 Наступление поставило крымско-турецкий лагерь под угрозу окружения и заставило хана отступить к реке Ларга.
📌Потери русских составили 46 солдат, турок — 400. Значение сражения было в том, что Румянцев впервые применил тактические новинки, например, марш-манёвр — особый способ перегруппировки войск.
