CONDITIONS:

-Exploiter le lieu dans un total respect de l'environnement et proprement.

-Pas de paillage du sol, mais brf ok et obligation d'amender à chaque fin de récolte pour "nourrir" le terrain.

-En cas d'effondrement du système actuel le propriétaire se réserve le droit de réclamer 10% de la production.

-Cet accord sera renouvelé d'année en années.

⚠️Si par malheur ces conditions ne sont pas respectées l'accord ne sera pas renouvelé l'année suivante.

Actuellement il n'y a pas de clôtures, frais à prévoir pour délimiter et protéger la production.
