Речь идет о совокупном долге населения перед банками по ипотечным кредитам.
Просрочка платежей по ипотеке за этот же период выросла только на 0,2 п.п. На 1 февраля 2025 года она составила всего лишь 0,5% от общего долга (порядка 99 млрд рублей).

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
