Шинкуем капусту, сладкий перец, отвариваем стручковую фасоль (кидаем в кипяток и варим 2 минуты после повторного закипания, после в дуршлаг под ледяную воду), томаты черри режем половинками.

Заправляю нерафинированным подсолнечным маслом и яблочным уксусом. Обязательно добавляю перетертые в ступке зиру и кориандр, а сверху - рубленные грецкие орешки.
