Бумаги технологического гиганта на Мосбирже растут второй день подряд. Сегодня с утра стоимость акций подскочила на 6,67% (до 2371,4 рубля за бумагу). А всё потому, что российские миллиардеры Владимир Потанин и Вагит Алекперов направили Yandex N. V. предложение о приобретении контрольного пакета акций "Яндекса".
Ранее об этом сообщало агентство Bloomberg. По их данным, предприниматели оценивают стоимость "Яндекса" примерно в 560-600 млрд рублей ($7-7,5 млрд).
Согласно источникам The Bell, сделка по продаже контрольного пакета акций "Яндекса" согласована президентом Владимиром Путиным. Сообщается, что Владимир Потанин ("Интеррос"), Алексей Мордашов ("Северсталь"), Вагит Алекперов ("Лукойл") и банк ВТБ сформировали консорциум для приобретения доли в компании, но пока не ясно, каким будет распределение между членами консорциума.

Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
