В будущем объект переведут на баланс управления дорог и благоустройства.
Стройка началась еще в ноябре 2022 года, на нее выделяли 389 миллионов рублей. Сдать работы должны были еще осенью 2023 года. Но подрядчика, фирму КДСК, связанную с семьей строителя Владимира Егорова, признали банкротом.
