Друзья, у меня тут имеется великолепная рубрика, которую я почему-то позабыла- #котлеткитридцатилетки, где я делюсь успешным успехом рецептами.

Так вот, полюбился мне лимонный пирог-готовится быстро, во рту тает, летняя свежесть лимона-незабываема.

Берем:
160г муки
4г разрыхлителя
Смешиваем

Растапливаем 195г сливочного масла

В другой чаше смешиваем 170г яиц и 230г сахара. Пробиваем блендером. Засыпаем сухие ингредиенты. Долго не болтаем.
Выливаем туда же масло.
Затем 60г лимонного сока.
Добавляем цедру лимона.

В оригинальном рецепте тесто рекомендуют убрать на 12-26 часов в холодильник.
Но кто мы такие, чтобы терпеть СУТКИ, если пирог нужен через час?
Короче если сразу залить в форму и поставить в духовку на 160градусов(мои 370) на 30 минут, потом достать и накрыть полотенцем минут на 10-получите отличный пирог.
А если его нарезать и переложить в форму, закрыв крышкой-то потом вы очень приятно удивитесь его нежности.
Короче горячо рекомендую остывший лимонный пирог!
