🔹فانا: در بخشی از این نامه خطاب به اعضای شورای نگهبان آمده است:

🔹در ماده ۵۳ ضمن نادیده گرفته شدن تولیت نظام سلامت، نهادی ساختگی به منظور رسیدگی به موضوعات تخصصی پزشکی در نظر گرفته شده است. همچنین در همین ماده اصول اخلاق پزشکی و ضرورت صیانت از سلامت مردم توسط پزشکان و جامعه پزشکی که یکی از مصادیق آن توصیه به غربالگری است، به نحوی ضمنی جرم و خلاف قانون تعریف شده است

🔹در ماده ۵۶ نیز قانون سقط درمانی که براساس اصول علمی و با تائید شرعی و حقوقی شورای نگهبان و بر پایه استفتائات ولی فقیه در سال ۱۳۸۴ تصویب و تائید شده، منسوخ اعلام شده و بدین ترتیب تصمیم‌گیری راجع به این موضوع مجددا با تعبیه نهادهای جدید موازی، سرنوشتی موهوم و نامعلوم یافته و قانون متقن و موثر عملا بی‌تاثیر شده است
