Если у вас тоже пылится большая форма для кексов, то её время пришло.
Что нужно:
Начинка: 500 г сметаны 2 ст л крахмала 80-90 г сахара Щепотка ванили 3 яйца
Для теста: 150 г масла сливочного или маргарина 2 яйца 300 г муки 50 г сахара 1 ч л разрыхлителя Щепотка соли
Что делать:
Муку, сахар, соль, разрыхлитель смешиваю, добавляю к ним холодное масло и перетираю руками в крошку. Добавляю два яйца и вымешиваю мягкое тесто. Убираю его в пакет на 15-30 минут в холодильник или в сторону.
Отдельно смешиваю все ингредиенты для сметанной заливки. Тесто делю на небольшие шарики, кладу по кусочку теста в каждую ячейку формы для кексов. У меня на 12 шт.
Пальцы умокаю в воду и разравниваю по форме, делаю дно и борта. В середину наливаю сметанную массу. Кладу пару ягодок.
