"Эксперт CIT Кирилл Михайлов заявил о наличии «неприятных свидетельств» того, что российская военная техника движется в район Курска, а также Воронежской и Ростовской областей. При этом он отметил, что движения менее масштабны и целенаправленны, чем весной 2021 года".
