اکنون در ادامه این پویش ملی، پرسشنامه گزارش فرآیند ایران ۱۴۰۲ با هدف ارزیابی وضعیت مدیریت فرآیند در سازمان‌های ایرانی در سال گذشته تهیه شده و در دسترس عموم قرار گرفته است.
