Суд удовлетворил иск Генпрокуратуры РФ о взыскании имущества экс-главы Верховного суда Адыгеи Аслана Трахова, его близких родственников и доверенных лиц.
По данным Генпрокуратуры РФ, взыскиваемое имущество было получено в нарушение законодательства о противодействии коррупции.
Трахов занимал должность председателя Верховного суда Адыгеи с 1998 по 2019 год. Сейчас он является председателем Совета ветеранов судебной системы республики, входит в состав Совета судей региона. @interfaxonline
