⚡️Президент Беларуси внес в Парламент законопроект "Об изменении законов по вопросам нормотворческой деятельности".
Поручение о подготовке данного законопроекта Глава государства дал по итогам проведенной ранее масштабной ревизии законодательства. Работа над документом велась практически год.
📑Ключевые новации законопроекта направлены на обеспечение компактности и качества законодательства.
ℹ️ Непосредственная разработка осуществлялась Национальным центром законодательства и правовой информации при участии Администрации Президента, Совета Министров, двух палат Парламента, Верховного Суда, Генеральной прокуратуры, иных государственных органов. Использованы предложения, поступившие от 66 ведомств, зарубежный опыт и научные наработки.

"A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth."
