🔸آقای زلنسکی بار دیگر از کنگره ایالات متحده خواست که لایحه کمک‌های نظامی به اوکراین را که جمهوری‌خواهان ماه‌هاست مانع تصویب آن شده‌اند، سرانجام تصویب کند.
🔸وی در شبکه اجتماعی ایکس نوشت: «اقدامات ایران تمام منطقه و جهان را تهدید می‌کند همان‌طور که اقدامات روسیه خطر گسترش جنگ را دارد و همکاری آشکار این دو رژیم در اشاعه وحشت باید با واکنش مصممانه و متحد جهان مواجه شود.»
🔸زلنسکی سپس در نطق ویدیویی شبانه خود گفت که جهان شاهد بود «اسرائیل در دفاع از خود تنها نبود، و متحدانش نیز آن تهدیدهای هوایی را از بین بردند.»
🔸وی افزود: «وقتی که اوکراین می‌گوید متحدانش نمی‌توانند چشم بر روی موشک‌ها و پهپادهای روسیه ببندند، این یعنی که باید دست به اقدام بزنند و قاطعانه اقدام کنند. آسمان اوکراین با حرف محافظت نمی‌شود.»

Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
